KASHUB Competition Terms of Participation

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Participation ("Terms") govern participation in the online bodybuilding / fitness competitions ("Competition") organised and announced by Logian Creative ("Organiser", "we") through the KASHUB mobile application ("App"). Every user who applies to a Competition in the App ("Participant") confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Each Competition's categories, dates, criteria and any prizes are announced separately on the competition page in the App and form an integral part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old on the date of application.
  • Applications may only be submitted from the Participant's own KASHUB account; one person may not enter the same Competition with multiple accounts.
  • Unless stated otherwise on the competition page, applying requires an active KASHUB Pro or Pro Max subscription. No entry fee is charged beyond the subscription.
  • Information provided in the application (height, weight, date of birth, phone number) must be accurate and current.
  • Employees of the Organiser, jury members and their immediate family may not participate.

3. Application Process

  1. Photos: The Participant uploads their own physique photos in the poses specified on the competition page. Photos can be selected from the App's Posing archive or taken fresh.
  2. Measurements and contact: Height, weight, date of birth and phone number are entered.
  3. Summary and consent: The Participant reviews the information, accepts these Terms and the Privacy Notice, and submits the application.

Submitted applications go through a preliminary review checking that photos meet the Competition standard and that the information is consistent. The outcome (approved / rejected, with a reason where applicable) is shown on the competition page in the App. The Participant may withdraw the application in the App until evaluation is complete.

4. Photos and Content

  • Uploaded photos must be of the Participant, must not include other people and must not be digitally altered in a way that changes body shape. Lighting, cropping and colour correction are permitted.
  • Photos must comply with the clothing standard stated on the competition page and must not contain obscene, abusive or third-party-infringing content.
  • The Participant permits the Organiser and jury to view, store and process the photos solely for evaluating the Competition and announcing results. Any use of photos for promotion, social media or marketing requires the Participant's separate, explicit permission; without it, photos are not shared publicly.
  • Intellectual property in the photos remains with the Participant.

5. Evaluation and Jury

  • Evaluation is performed by a jury appointed by the Organiser according to the criteria described on the competition page (e.g. muscularity, symmetry, conditioning, posing).
  • Jury decisions are final; questions may be sent to contact@kashubapp.com.
  • An application is rejected or the Participant disqualified in case of fake, third-party or manipulated photos; false statements; multiple accounts; insults, harassment or threats toward the jury, the Organiser or other participants; or any breach of these Terms.

6. Prizes

If a Competition has prizes, their type, number and delivery are stated on the competition page. Prizes are non-transferable and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash. Applicable taxes and deductions are applied in accordance with the law. Identity verification may be required for prize delivery.

7. Health and Liability

  • The Participant acknowledges that training, nutrition and other preparation for the Competition are undertaken at their own responsibility and, where needed, in consultation with a health professional. Content and AI coach suggestions in the App are not medical advice.
  • Use of banned substances is contrary to the spirit of the Competition; the Organiser reserves the right to reject an application on reasonable suspicion.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for health issues, injuries or indirect damages arising from the Participant's preparation for the Competition.

8. Changes and Cancellation

For justified reasons such as force majeure, technical necessity or insufficient participation, the Organiser may change the Competition's dates, categories or criteria, or cancel the Competition. Changes are announced in the App. When these Terms are updated, the new version number and date are published on this page; applications submitted after an update are subject to the new version.

9. Personal Data

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes; statutory rights of Participants who qualify as consumers are reserved.
